Part-Time Warehouse Associate
FEED Cooperative is seeking a dependable and motivated Part-Time Warehouse Associate to help support our warehouse operations and FEED Bin vegetable box program. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to contribute to a local food system that supports local farmers.
Schedule
Monday and Thursday
4:00 pm - 11:00 pm / Midnight
10-16 hours per week (seasonally variable)
Responsibilities
Receive and accurately account for incoming farm deliveries
Verify product quantities and quality
Communicate product shortages or quality concerns to leadership
Understand and follow proper produce storage and handling requirements
Build FEED Bin vegetable boxes for pickup and home delivery customers
Assist with loading trucks and warehouse organization
Collaborate with other warehouse staff to maintain efficient operations
Physical Requirements
Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand and walk on concrete floors for extended periods
Ability to safely perform all warehouse duties, including proper lifting techniques
Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive hourly pay based on experience, starting at $19 per hour

Part-Time Delivery Driver
FEED Cooperative is seeking a reliable, experienced and customer-focused Delivery Driver to help deliver fresh produce throughout the North Bay and Bay Area. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being on the road, working independently, staying active, and representing a values-driven organization that supports local agriculture.
Schedule
Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday
Early morning start times
25–30 hours per week
Responsibilities
Deliver produce orders safely, professionally, and on time
Load and unload delivery vehicles
Verify orders and maintain accurate delivery records
Communicate effectively with warehouse and transportation staff
Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles
Represent FEED Cooperative positively with customers and farm partners
Qualifications
Valid driver's license and clean driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier
Ability to safely perform all job duties
Ability to repeatedly lift 40–50 lbs.
Strong communication and organizational skills
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Experience driving box trucks, sprinter vans or other delivery vehicles is preferred.
Knowledge of local produce is a plus
